Kindly be informed that our customer service Hotline channel will be closed, and instead, you can reach us via email (email@example.com) and Facebook Messenger Chat in our website (was using Zendesk Live chat previously), effective from 23 Sep 2019.
As we have received feedback from users about the previous live chat system (Zendesk Live Chat), it doesn’t show previous conversation and it is not user-friendly on mobile website. Therefore, we are making these changes in order to reach out to you easier :)
After the update, you will be able to see a FB Messenger Widget that floats on the bottom-right corner of our website, click on it, and you can talk to us. It can be connected to your Facebook account upon your approval, and it will automatically load recent chat history between you and us.
Nevertheless, thank you for supporting SGshop all this while. Please feel free to use the new FB Messenger Chat to ask us anything!
