  • Where to find SmartShop Order?

    SmartShop Parcel information will be shown under ‘My Account’ > ‘My Order’ > ‘My Collection’.

  • When will SmartShop parcel be delivered?

    Once purchases under SmartShop arrive at our China Warehouse, system will automatically assign ETA date and we will notify you via SMS and Email

  • How about insurance (SGcare)?

    Yes, you can opt for SGcare. Especially for high value items (more than RM100.00), we highly recommend you to add SGcare to your purchases as SGcare covers full compensation equivalent to the total amount of parcel, with maximum of RM2,500.00, in the event that your parcel is lost or damaged during shipment and any other problems under inspection coverage.

  • Can I change international shipping method?

    Yes, as long as the parcels have not been shipped out of our China warehouse. Kindly contact our customer care team for change of international shipping method.

  • Is there any promotion for SmartShop?

    Yes. For any promotions, do follow us closely on Facebook or sign-up for newsletter. Stay tune with us.

  • Can I use coupon/Discount code for SmartShop?

    Yes, you can.

  • SmartShop parcel could be consolidated?

    Parcel consolidation is not applicable to SmartShop.

  • Is “SmartShop” and “Buy For Me” switchable?

    SmartShop and Buy for me orders could be switched in the shopping cart. Orders under “Buy for me” will incur 1st payment and 2nd payment.Orders under “SmartShop” only incur one-time-payment, just one click to make your shopping easier!
